Spa Policies

Arrival Times

Arriving early – about 15 min before your scheduled appointment time is particularly important for first-time clients to allow for check-in and to complete our intake form. However, it is just as important for returning clients to arrive a little early to have time to relax so as to get the most from your appointment. If you do arrive late, we will do our best to honor the full appointment duration, however, we cannot guarantee extending a service past its scheduled end time.

Cancellations

Esprit Vital requires a MINIMUM OF 24 HOURS NOTICE to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations will be charged 50% of services scheduled.

No Shows

Anyone who does not show up for a scheduled appointment will be responsible for the full amount of the services scheduled.

Gratuities

Gratuities are appreciated, but not mandatory. If you wish to leave one, gratuities may range between 10% to 20% or any amount you wish. Gift certificates do not include gratuity unless stated otherwise.

Product Return/Exchange

Any product purchased from Esprit Vital may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase.

Forms of Payment

You may pay for your services on the day of your appointment with cash, credit cards or gift certificates. We currently accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.

Spa Frequently Asked Questions

Q. Can I pay with a personal check?

A. No. Unfortunately we do not accept personal checks.

Q. Is a credit card required to book an appointment?

A. No. Payments are made at the time of service.

Q. Will I need to undress?

A. For services such as massage, many clients choose to disrobe completely. However you should always undress to your comfort level. We always ensure that your privacy is respected.

Q. I have an appointment for a waxing service. What should I do prior to arrival?

A. For any waxing, be sure allow at least 1/4 inch or two weeks hair growth, prior to your appointment. Please let us know if you are using any medications or treatments such as Retin-A, Differin, Accutane, or any alpha hydroxy products in advance of your waxing appointment.

Q. What if I have a medical condition?

A. If you have a medical condition, allergies, disability, or any illness, it is your responsibility to obtain the advice of a medical professional before receiving any spa treatments. After assessing your current health condition, be sure to let us know if you need any special considerations.

Q. Are Gift Certificates available for purchase?

A. Yes, Gift Certificates may be purchased online or in person, for any of our services or for any desired amount.

Q. I received a Gift Certificate for one service, but I'd like to redeem it for a different service. Can I do that?

A. Yes. Gift Certificates may also be used to purchase retail products.

Q. May I schedule multiple appointments at one time?

A. Yes, we are happy to schedule ongoing appointments for any of our services, at any interval you desire – weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or any other times that might work for you.

Q. Is parking available?

A. Yes. We are located in a safe and open suburban area with free parking available.
